Overview
Nextiva is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Manager to support the strategic growth of their Mid-Market segment. You'll collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to build scalable RevOps foundations. This role requires a data-driven mindset and experience in complex sales motions.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You thrive in a builder environment and are adept at translating ambiguity into clear, repeatable operating models. Your data-driven approach allows you to deliver actionable insights that drive business outcomes. You are comfortable collaborating with sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to align teams, processes, and technology.
You possess a deep understanding of customer journeys and can effectively manage the end-to-end process. Your experience supporting complex sales motions has equipped you with the skills to build scalable RevOps foundations. You leverage automation and AI to increase productivity and impact, ensuring that your strategies are both innovative and effective.
Desirable
Experience in the Mid-Market segment is a plus, as is familiarity with customer experience and team collaboration technologies. You are passionate about redefining customer experiences and understand the importance of meaningful connections in driving better business outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey, ensuring alignment across go-to-market functions. You will work closely with sales leadership to support both new business and upsell/retention motions.
