Who you are
You have a strong background in revenue operations, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of sales development and have a proven track record of enhancing productivity through strategic operational initiatives. Your analytical skills allow you to derive actionable insights from complex data sets, and you are comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
You are a proactive communicator who can effectively engage with leadership and various departments, ensuring alignment on commercial strategies. Your experience in defining operational roadmaps and implementing processes will be key to your success in this role. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven by the impact of your work on the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the right hand to the head of xDR, jointly defining and executing the operational roadmap for the revenue operations motion. You will develop and implement processes that enhance sales development productivity and streamline operations, aligning them with broader business goals. Analyzing pipeline and sales data will be a crucial part of your responsibilities, as you will identify trends and report on performance metrics to the commercial leadership team.
You will collaborate closely with Finance and FP&A teams to set accurate budgets, forecasts, and targets, ensuring that the revenue operations strategy is data-driven and aligned with the company's financial objectives. Your insights will help shape the commercial vision and strategy at Moss, making this an exciting opportunity to influence the company's success.
