You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new business and managing the full sales cycle. Your consultative approach allows you to uncover customer goals and constraints effectively, positioning yourself as a strategic partner rather than just a vendor. You thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote work with in-office collaboration. You are comfortable using various channels for outreach, including email, phone, and social media, to build a robust pipeline of opportunities. You take pride in consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly revenue targets, demonstrating your commitment to driving business growth.
Desirable
Experience in performance marketing or a related field is a plus, as it will enhance your ability to communicate the value of AdRollβs platform to potential clients. Familiarity with mid-market advertising and the challenges these businesses face will help you tailor your sales approach effectively. You are adaptable and open to learning, willing to engage in training opportunities to further develop your skills and knowledge in the industry.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals. You will build and execute an independent outbound motion, leveraging your skills to create opportunities and shape deals that align with customer needs. Your consultative sales process will involve understanding customer goals and success metrics, allowing you to position AdRoll as a long-term growth partner. You will qualify and progress opportunities using clear commercial frameworks, ensuring high-quality deals that benefit both the client and the company. Collaboration with Product Specialists, Solutions, and Post-Sales teams will be essential to deliver long-term customer value and satisfaction.
