Who you are

You have experience in sales, particularly in managing customer relationships and driving growth. You understand the importance of building strong connections with clients and have a knack for identifying opportunities for expansion. You are proactive and can prioritize accounts effectively, ensuring that you focus on high-potential customers. You thrive in a collaborative environment and can communicate effectively with both customers and internal teams.

You are familiar with enterprise sales models and understand how to engage customers early in their journey. You have a customer-centric mindset and can act as a voice for the customer within the organization. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges that come with evolving customer needs and market dynamics.

What you'll do

In this role, you will proactively manage a diverse range of customers who are early in their journey with Asana. You will prioritize and segment your accounts, identifying opportunities for growth and developing plans to achieve incremental Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) targets. You will build and execute Account Plans for high-potential accounts, focusing on increasing adoption and retention within your account base.

You will engage in outbound prospecting motions targeting white space accounts, ensuring that you are reaching out to potential customers who fit the ideal profile. You will follow up on inbound opportunities, ensuring that no potential lead is left unattended. Your role will involve collaborating closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and insights, helping to shape the future of Asana's offerings.
