Who you are
You have over 10 years of experience in sales, particularly in a hunter-type role, where you've successfully sold multiple software products and services into sophisticated accounts. Your background includes a strong focus on the healthcare industry, allowing you to understand the unique challenges and opportunities within this sector. You excel at building and maintaining relationships with clients, particularly at the C-level, and have a proven track record of negotiating enterprise-wide agreements. Your ability to analyze customer business situations enables you to identify constraints and new opportunities, leveraging technological advances to drive sales. You are ambitious and driven, always looking to exceed sales quotas and contribute to the growth of your organization.
Desirable
Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools would be beneficial, as would familiarity with the NICE CXone Mpower platform. A strong network within the healthcare industry can also enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for seeking and maintaining relationships with NICE customers in the healthcare sector. You will identify new sales opportunities and work to build market share within your designated region. Achieving your annual sales quota will be a key focus, and you will coordinate and lead all sales activities to meet business goals. You will ensure that the proposed sales solutions capitalize on the strengths of NICE CXone Mpower and can be implemented successfully. Establishing new strategic relationships while maintaining existing ones will be crucial, as will analyzing customer business situations to identify constraints and new opportunities. You will initiate, support, develop, and monitor purchasing agreements between NICE CXone Mpower and customers, ensuring that all parties are aligned and satisfied with the solutions provided.
