Who you are

You are a strategic sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare sector. With experience navigating complex sales cycles, you understand how to sell innovation and drive change by expanding customer vision. You thrive on understanding products in depth and are passionate about communicating their value to customers and system integrators.

You have previously worked in an early-stage company, which has equipped you with the skills to identify and seize new opportunities. Your field sales experience within big data, cloud, or SaaS sales has honed your ability to close both new and existing accounts effectively. You are adept at managing relationships with CIOs, IT executives, and other key stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you'll do

As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing a single existing healthcare account in Chicago, IL. Your role will involve meeting with key decision-makers to understand their needs and promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ„’. You will identify quick wins while managing longer, complex sales cycles, and you will be expected to exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.

You will track all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, and forecasting in Salesforce, ensuring that you have a comprehensive understanding of your accounts. Your solution-based approach to selling will create value for customers, and you will prioritize opportunities to apply appropriate resources effectively. You will also build a plan for success both internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts.
