What you'll do
As a Strategic Enterprise Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for managing and growing a single large healthcare account in Michigan. Your role will involve meeting with key decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges, and then guiding them through the sales process to close both new and existing accounts. You will identify quick wins while also managing longer, more complex sales cycles, ensuring that you meet and exceed your activity, pipeline, and revenue targets.
You will track all customer interactions and details in Salesforce, using a solution-based approach to selling that creates value for your customers. Your goal is to promote Databricks' enterprise cloud data platform powered by Apache Sparkβ’, ensuring that all customers achieve 100% satisfaction. You will prioritize opportunities effectively and apply the appropriate resources to build a successful plan both internally at Databricks and externally with your accounts.
