Who you are

You have a proven track record in business development, ideally with experience in managing partnerships and driving sales initiatives. Your ability to establish and nurture relationships within a partner ecosystem is key to your success. You understand the nuances of cloud service provider platforms and digital transformation, and you are adept at leveraging these to create joint business opportunities.

You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable using CRM tools to track and manage sales opportunities. Your experience with marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives will help you exceed quarterly and annual targets for revenue growth. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional leadership teams to execute corporate strategies.

What you'll do

As a Partner Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for implementing a cohesive business development strategy that drives profitable growth through our TSD partner ecosystem. You will drive sales opportunities and marketing campaigns while managing relationships within the partner ecosystem to deliver profitable revenue growth and market expansion. Your role will involve developing joint business opportunities and executing development programs for TSD growth, ensuring the adoption and expansion of NICE products and services.

You will document and present joint business plans that align with partners' business goals, and you will work closely with internal teams to ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance will be crucial in identifying new growth opportunities and optimizing existing partnerships.
