Who you are
You have a proven track record in managing channel partnerships and driving sales growth β you've successfully established and maintained productive relationships with key personnel in partner accounts. Your ability to coordinate resources and meet partner expectations has led to achieving sales targets and strategic objectives.
You possess strong communication skills that enable you to manage potential channel conflicts effectively β you understand the importance of fostering excellent communication both internally and externally. Your proactive approach to assessing partner needs ensures that you can validate and clarify requirements on an ongoing basis.
You are results-driven and have experience in leading joint partner planning processes β you know how to develop mutual performance objectives and financial targets that align with both your organization and your partners. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex partner dynamics and drive successful outcomes.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for winning, maintaining, and expanding relationships with assigned channel partners β your focus will be on achieving sales, profitability, and partner recruitment objectives. You will coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives.
You will proactively lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones associated with productive partner relationships β your ability to assess and validate partner needs will be crucial in this process. You will also sell through partner organizations to end users, ensuring alignment with partner sales resources.
Managing potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels will be a key part of your responsibilities β you will foster excellent communication and adhere to channel rules of engagement to ensure smooth operations. Your leadership in solution development efforts will be essential to meet the needs of both partners and end users.
