Who you are
You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales management. With experience across multiple industries and verticals, you excel in coaching consultative selling and driving predictable pipeline generation. You understand the importance of setting clear expectations around deal quality and quota attainment, and you thrive in fast-growing, matrixed environments.
You have a hands-on approach to leadership, conducting regular one-on-ones, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to ensure your team is on track. Your ability to forecast accurately and operate effectively in complex organizations sets you apart as a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with strategic expansion within large organizations. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of a competitive sales landscape and are driven by results.
What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President of Sales at NICE, you will lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
