Who you are
You have experience as a consultant, sales engineer, or in a similar technical presales role, ideally within enterprise software focused on automation or contact center technologies. Your strong JavaScript programming and scripting skills enable you to design and recommend technical solutions that align with customer needs. You possess excellent presentation and communication skills, allowing you to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences. Your creative and design-oriented mindset helps you craft customized demos that resonate with clients. You have the ability to quickly learn and explain new technologies, making you a trusted advisor in the sales process.
What you'll do
In this role, you will partner closely with the sales team to support strategic deals, participating in discovery calls and technical deep dives to understand customer requirements. You will create and deliver presentations and customized demos that showcase the value of our solutions. Your technical expertise will guide customers in analyzing their needs and provide them with tailored recommendations. You will collaborate cross-functionally on enhancements and customer requests, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands. Additionally, you will provide internal technical training across teams to elevate overall product knowledge. Staying current on the competitive landscape will be crucial as you perform comparisons and articulate our unique value proposition during the sales process.
