Who you are
You are a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in enterprise sales management, ideally with over 5 years of experience. You have a strong ability to coach and develop teams, setting clear expectations around pipeline creation and quota attainment. Your experience spans multiple industries and verticals, allowing you to adapt your approach to various market dynamics. You thrive in fast-growing environments and are comfortable operating within a matrixed organization. You possess excellent forecasting skills and can drive disciplined execution in sales processes. You are a trusted partner to both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across teams.
Desirable
Experience in AI or technology sales is a plus, as is familiarity with consultative selling techniques. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your sales strategies. A background in coaching sales teams to achieve high performance is highly desirable, as is the ability to navigate complex organizational structures.
What you'll do
As the Regional Vice President of Sales, you will lead and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives focused on acquiring new logos across the Americas. You will set the standard for selling excellence at NICE Cognigy, driving predictable pipeline generation and consistent attainment of sales goals. Your responsibilities will include conducting regular one-on-ones, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to ensure your team is on track to meet their targets. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align sales strategies with broader company objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for forecasting sales accurately and ensuring that your team adheres to best practices in sales execution. Your leadership will be crucial in building a culture of accountability and high performance within your team.
