Overview

NICE is hiring an Account Executive to drive net-new business and revenue within Public Safety agencies across multiple states. This role requires strong consultative selling skills and a deep understanding of Public Safety workflows.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in the public sector, and understand the complexities of selling to emergency communications centers. You thrive in a consultative selling environment, where building relationships and trust with clients is paramount. Your ability to manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing deals—sets you apart. You are comfortable with outbound prospecting and have a strategic mindset to execute territory plans effectively. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate the value of solutions to diverse stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience in the Public Safety sector is a plus, as is familiarity with 911 and Criminal Justice digital evidence processes. You are adaptable and can navigate the challenges of a dynamic sales environment, demonstrating resilience and a results-oriented approach. You are also open to travel, as the role requires approximately 50% travel across your designated territory.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for driving business growth within the Public Safety sector. You will build and execute a strategic territory plan aimed at generating new business opportunities and increasing revenue. Your role will involve conducting consistent outbound prospecting and account-based outreach to create meetings and new opportunities. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from discovery and solution positioning to procurement navigation and deal closure. Regular reporting on your activities, pipeline creation, and forecasting will be essential to track your progress against quarterly and annual targets. You will act as a trusted partner to your clients, leveraging your expertise to position NICE's Public Safety solution portfolio effectively.
