Who you are

You are an experienced Account Executive with a proven track record in sales, particularly in acquiring new enterprise clients. You thrive on building lasting relationships and have a knack for storytelling that helps you deliver compelling pitches to both individual contributors and C-suite leaders. Your motivation to exceed sales targets, forecasts, and KPIs drives your success in this role. You understand the importance of a consultative approach, ensuring that you tailor solutions to meet client needs effectively.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to engage with diverse stakeholders and foster trust. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles from lead generation to closing deals is a key strength. You are goal-focused and consistently strive to meet and exceed expectations, contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Desirable

Experience in the technology sector or with social impact solutions would be advantageous. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies can enhance your effectiveness in this role.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for selling Benevity's solutions by acquiring new enterprise clients and exceeding sales goals. You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to close, fostering relationships and using a consultative approach to guide clients through the buying process. Your responsibilities will include leading pipeline generation, account mapping, and strategic planning to ensure a seamless and positive client experience.

You will orchestrate the necessary resources to win opportunities, ensuring that clients feel supported throughout their journey with Benevity. Your consultative selling approach will involve understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions, positioning yourself as a trusted market expert. You will collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and share insights that can enhance client engagement and satisfaction.
