Overview

Who you are

You have a minimum of a Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance, and possess a strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management. You are ambitious and driven, with a proven track record of establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with clients. Your analytical skills allow you to assess customer business situations effectively, identifying constraints and opportunities for growth. You thrive in a competitive environment and are motivated by achieving sales quotas and negotiating enterprise-wide agreements.

What you'll do

As an Account Executive at NICE, you will be responsible for driving sales initiatives and achieving annual sales quotas. You will coordinate and lead all sales activities, ensuring that proposed solutions capitalize on NICE Actimize's strengths. Your role will involve developing and maintaining high-level relationships with C-level executives, facilitating sales through a strong network of connections. You will analyze customer business situations to identify new opportunities and constraints, leveraging technological advances to enhance NICE Actimize's position in proposals. You will initiate and support purchasing agreements between NICE Actimize and customers, ensuring successful implementation of solutions.
