Job Description
Who you are
You have a solid background in network operations and support, with experience in troubleshooting network and platform issues from a server-side perspective. You are familiar with routine health checks and proactive monitoring to ensure service availability and performance. Your communication skills allow you to effectively liaise with technical support, R&D, and product teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed about network status and ongoing events.
You possess a strong understanding of networking principles and technologies, enabling you to validate and test all NICE CXone products and platforms. Your experience with Linux systems and network monitoring tools equips you to respond effectively to alarms, alerts, and abnormal behaviors detected through monitoring. You are detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high standards in service delivery.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring maximum possible service availability and performance for all CXone products. You will provide a central hub of communication regarding the status and ongoing events within the network and platform. Your daily tasks will include performing routine preventative and reactive tasks related to network and platform activity, as well as creating, reviewing, and updating documentation as needed.
You will troubleshoot network and platform issues, ensuring quick detection and resolution of service-affecting problems. Your role will involve validating and testing all NICE CXone products and platforms, performing routine health checks, and responding to alarms and alerts. You will work closely with internal teams to provide support and ensure that all activities are aligned with the company's high standards.
