What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on NICE Compliance products to customers, partners, and employees. You will emphasize the business value and technical features of NICE solutions, including installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include preparing, configuring, and managing training environments and labs to facilitate effective learning. You will continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions and quickly adopt new products and features to enhance your training sessions.

You will develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats to support diverse learning needs, ensuring that all participants can engage with the content effectively. Utilizing effective training methodologies, you will create impactful learning experiences that resonate with your audience.
