You are a highly skilled and motivated Application and Technical Trainer with a passion for enabling customers, partners, and internal teams to effectively use NICE’s Compliance products. You have a strong understanding of technical features and business value, and you continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions. You are adept at preparing, configuring, and managing training environments and labs, ensuring that all participants have the best learning experience possible.

You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions that resonate with diverse audiences. You are familiar with various training methodologies and can adapt your approach to meet the unique learning needs of each group. Your ability to develop high-quality training materials in multiple formats showcases your commitment to creating impactful learning experiences.

What you'll do

In this role, you will deliver engaging virtual technical training sessions on NICE Compliance products to customers, partners, and employees. You will emphasize the business value and technical features of NICE solutions, including installation, configuration, usage, and troubleshooting. Your responsibilities will include preparing, configuring, and managing training environments and labs to ensure a seamless training experience.

You will continuously maintain expert-level knowledge of NICE Compliance solutions and quickly adopt new products and features as they become available. Developing high-quality training materials in various formats will be a key part of your role, as you aim to support diverse learning needs effectively. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that training content is relevant and up-to-date, contributing to the overall success of NICE’s Compliance products.
