Who you are
You have a strong background in AI implementation, with experience leading complex projects from pilot to full deployment. Your expertise in conversational design allows you to create engaging AI agents, including chatbots and voicebots, that enhance customer experiences. You possess a deep understanding of Natural Language Understanding (NLU) and have successfully configured AI solutions that integrate seamlessly with various systems.
You are skilled in developing AI applications with a focus on code quality and architectural rigor. Your ability to troubleshoot complex challenges with strong architectural judgment sets you apart. You thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy collaborating with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and ensure technical excellence.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the technical implementation of AI solutions for enterprise customers, ensuring that the systems are scalable and high-performing. You will configure and build CXone AI solutions, covering various capabilities such as NLU, IVR/ACD, and ASR. Your responsibilities will include guiding successful launches by supporting testing, UAT, and go-live readiness, as well as optimizing systems post-deployment.
You will integrate systems across CRMs, APIs, and customer ecosystems to create cohesive, end-to-end technical architectures. Your role will require you to solve complex challenges with a focus on performance and stability, ensuring that the AI solutions you deliver meet the highest standards. You will collaborate with other teams to influence product direction and contribute to the overall success of the NICE CXone platform.
