Who you are
You have a strong background in software engineering with a focus on cloud services and automation β your experience includes designing and developing robust automation solutions that enhance customer onboarding processes. You are proficient in programming languages such as C#, PowerShell, Python, and Bash, and you understand how to leverage these tools to optimize workflows in cloud environments.
You have a solid understanding of Azure and its services β you've worked on projects that involve migrating on-prem solutions to cloud platforms, ensuring seamless deployment and operation of applications. Your experience with REST APIs allows you to create integrations that facilitate data processing and enhance system interoperability.
Your analytical skills are top-notch β you can query and analyze data from various sources, including SQL databases and Elasticsearch, to derive actionable insights. You are adept at developing utilities that visualize and summarize data, making it accessible for teams such as Professional Services and QA engineers.
You thrive in collaborative environments β you enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams, including Professional Services, Cloud Operations, and Engineering, to implement tools and frameworks that ensure the reliability and efficiency of cloud operations. Your communication skills enable you to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Desirable
Experience with additional cloud platforms or services is a plus, as is familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. You are always eager to learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance your work and the team's performance.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automation solutions that support customer onboarding processes β your work will involve orchestrating complex workflows across multiple systems and databases. You will create automated workflows that streamline cloud operations, ensuring that applications are deployed, monitored, and self-healing.
You will collaborate with various teams to implement tools that enhance the efficiency of cloud operations β this includes developing internal utilities that automate and optimize onboarding workflows. Your expertise in programming will be crucial as you create integrations with REST APIs and other services to facilitate data ingestion and processing.
You will also be tasked with querying and analyzing data from diverse sources, including SQL databases and log files β your ability to visualize and summarize this data will help Professional Services and QA engineers make informed decisions. You will work closely with test, ingestion, and configuration teams to ensure that all processes are seamless and efficient.
