Who you are

You have extensive experience in a customer-facing role, ideally as a Professional Services Engineer, where you've engaged clients in a consultative capacity. Your expertise spans NICE products and the contact center industry, including CRM and telecommunications infrastructure. You possess strong analytical skills and are comfortable discussing complex topics with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

You are a natural leader and mentor, capable of guiding junior staff while managing customer expectations and satisfaction. Your ability to configure products based on best practices and customer requirements sets you apart. You thrive in environments where you can coordinate inter-departmental activities and track project statuses to ensure successful engagements.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for providing consultative performance in all areas related to NICE solutions provisioning, implementation, and deployment. You will engage with a diverse customer base, consisting of public and private sector agencies, to deliver tailored solutions that meet their unique needs. Your responsibilities will include managing customer expectations, configuring NICE products, and ensuring that all engagements are executed to the highest standards.

You will also track time and status within NICE systems, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle. As an organizational leader, you will serve as a mentor and coach for junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, enabling you to provide valuable insights to clients and your team.
