Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in cybersecurity with a focus on IT, OT, and ICS critical infrastructure. Your experience includes working in SOC environments, where you've developed hands-on skills in system administration and operational security workflows. You excel in customer-facing roles, demonstrating excellent communication and project management capabilities. You are adept at leading complex deployments and providing expert advice to stakeholders, including CISOs and SOC Managers. Your ability to engage with IT and OT teams ensures that you can effectively gather requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs. You understand the importance of compliance and security in protecting critical infrastructure, and you are committed to delivering high-quality service.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end deployment of OPSWAT security solutions across enterprise IT and OT environments. You will engage in requirements gathering, architecture design, installation, configuration, and validation of solutions. Your responsibilities will include operating as a trusted technical advisor, providing ongoing managed services, and ensuring that customer stakeholders are satisfied with the solutions provided. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that deployments are successful and that ongoing monitoring, analysis, and remediation services are delivered effectively. Your role will also involve leading SOC operations and delivering expert advice on operational security workflows. You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met throughout the deployment process.
