What you'll do

As a Site Reliability Engineer at NICE, you will be part of a dedicated team responsible for the reliability of our cloud platforms. You will lead investigations into outages and performance issues, ensuring that our systems are observable, measurable, and maintainable. You will develop and configure monitoring dashboards and alerts using tools like Grafana and Azure Monitor, providing insights that drive reliability improvements. Your role will involve actively managing the work backlog and collaborating with other teams to implement reliability enhancements. You will also take the lead on initiatives to automate processes, balancing project delivery demands with the need for efficiency. Your technical leadership will guide the Cloud Operations and Support teams, ensuring they have the oversight needed to support our products and services effectively.
