Who you are
You have a strong background in technical consulting and implementation, particularly in AI-driven applications. You understand the intricacies of customer engagement and are adept at configuring and optimizing solutions for enterprise contact centers. Your experience includes working with technologies such as JavaScript and HTML/CSS for UI tweaks, and you are familiar with various AI frameworks and tools. You have a solid understanding of API integrations and CRM systems, enabling you to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs. Your knowledge extends to security protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect, ensuring that you can implement secure and efficient systems. You thrive in customer-facing roles and enjoy collaborating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and providing technical consulting around AI applications, including Co-pilot and knowledge assistants. You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and deliver customized solutions that enhance their contact center operations. Your responsibilities will include configuring and optimizing AI-driven applications, as well as providing consultative support to ensure successful implementation. You will also be involved in light programming tasks, making UI tweaks using JavaScript and HTML/CSS as needed. Additionally, you will manage and coordinate changes to existing applications, ensuring that they remain effective and up-to-date. Your role will require you to structure knowledge repositories for intuitive navigation, enhancing the user experience for clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that drive customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
