Who you are

You have a strong background in AI and technical implementation, with experience in delivering specialized AI-driven solutions. Your expertise in conversational design allows you to lead the development of engaging AI agents, including chatbots and voicebots. You are skilled in integrating systems across CRMs and APIs, ensuring seamless technical architectures that enhance customer experiences.

You possess a deep understanding of NLU, IVR/ACD, and ASR technologies, which enables you to configure and build high-performing AI solutions. Your focus on code quality and architectural rigor ensures that the applications you develop are stable and scalable. You thrive in customer-facing roles and are adept at guiding successful launches through testing and post-deployment optimization.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead complex implementations of AI solutions from pilot to full deployment, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of performance and scalability. You will configure and build CXone AI solutions, focusing on NLU, IVR/ACD, and ASR capabilities. Your responsibilities will include developing AI applications that prioritize code quality and system stability, as well as integrating these solutions across various customer ecosystems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence product direction and ensure that the AI solutions you deliver align with customer needs. Your role will also involve supporting testing, UAT, and go-live readiness, as well as providing hypercare and post-deployment optimization to ensure ongoing success.
