Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in technical consulting and implementation, particularly in AI-driven applications. Your experience includes working with enterprise contact centers, where you've successfully implemented and optimized solutions that enhance customer experience. You possess a solid understanding of various technologies, including AI, NLU, and CRM integrations, and are comfortable engaging with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
You are proficient in JavaScript and HTML/CSS, allowing you to make necessary UI tweaks and provide light programming support as required. Your familiarity with API integrations, ACD, IVR, and ASR technologies enables you to deliver comprehensive solutions that meet client expectations. You understand the importance of structuring knowledge repositories and can effectively categorize and map knowledge for intuitive navigation.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and configuring AI-driven applications, such as Co-pilot and knowledge assistants, for enterprise contact centers. You will engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide consultative support throughout the implementation process. Your technical expertise will be crucial in delivering cutting-edge solutions that optimize customer interactions.
You will also manage and coordinate changes to existing applications, ensuring that they meet evolving client requirements. Your role will involve providing technical configuration and support, as well as light programming when necessary. You will work closely with clients to ensure that the solutions you implement are effective and aligned with their business goals.
