What you'll do
As a Customer Success Manager - Digital, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by helping clients utilize Nielsenβs products effectively. You will be responsible for driving adoption and usage of Nielsen's Digital/Cross-Platform Audience Measurement suite of products. Your primary goal will be to accelerate customer adoption and time to value, fostering advocacy and loyalty among your clients. You will work closely with various teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive revenue growth from existing customers.
You will lead clients within the digital tech, publisher, platform, or streaming space, providing them with actionable insights and support. Your role will involve teaching customers how to derive value from Nielsen's solutions, ensuring they achieve their goals and maximize their investment. You will be on point for driving customer engagement and satisfaction, ultimately contributing to the success of Nielsen's mission in the digital advertising landscape.
