You are a highly versatile and data-driven Growth & Enablement Marketing Manager with a strong grasp of the full go-to-market funnel. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and enjoy working across teams to create impactful marketing strategies. Your creativity and analytical skills allow you to design compelling content and develop high-impact newsletter strategies that resonate with target audiences.
With experience in building high-quality sales and marketing materials, you understand how to optimize company-wide newsletters and improve funnel performance. You have a proven track record of supporting product launches and driving scalable growth programs across an organization. Your ability to partner with sales teams to drive enablement is a key strength, and you are comfortable using data to inform your decisions and optimize performance.
Desirable
You have experience in fintech or healthcare technology, which gives you a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities in these sectors. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus, as is a background in content marketing or digital marketing strategies.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead initiatives that span content creation, newsletter strategy, and go-to-market execution.
