Nooks is hiring a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize their value from the AI Sales Assistant Platform. You'll manage a portfolio of commercial accounts and focus on customer onboarding and renewals. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.

You have a strong background in customer success or account management, ideally within a technology or SaaS environment. You thrive on building relationships and ensuring customers are satisfied with their experience. Your ability to onboard new customers effectively and proactively address adoption challenges sets you apart. You are skilled at creating high-value content that supports the customer journey and drives engagement. You understand the importance of maximizing customer value and are committed to helping clients achieve their goals. You enjoy working in a collaborative environment and are excited about contributing to a fun and inclusive office culture.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage a portfolio of approximately 75 commercial accounts, focusing on maximizing the impact and value of Nooks for users and stakeholders. You will onboard new customers, ensuring they understand how to leverage the platform effectively. Proactively reaching out to customers facing adoption challenges will be a key part of your responsibilities, as will supporting their journey with valuable content. You will run the renewal process, emphasizing customer value to drive successful renewals and expansions. Your efforts will directly contribute to the overall success of the company and its customers.
