Who you are
You have a strong technical background and experience in sales engineering, ideally with a focus on AI-driven solutions. You understand the sales process and can effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are proactive in identifying potential issues and ensuring that prospects achieve high-performance standards during trials. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to drive technical validation and adoption of the Nooks platform. You are detail-oriented and have experience with CRM and analytics tools, which you leverage to enhance trial setups and configurations.
Desirable
Experience with sales automation tools or platforms is a plus. Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in sales processes will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
As a Solutions Engineer at Nooks, you will partner with Account Executives to run technical discovery sessions and support the trial execution process in active deals. You will own the trial setup and configuration, which includes integrating CRM systems, setting up dialers, and enabling analytics for commercial and SMB deals. You will proactively monitor trial health and performance, identifying potential issues and ensuring that prospects achieve high-performance standards and rapid time-to-value. Your role will involve coordinating technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that prospects have a seamless and value-driven evaluation of the Nooks platform. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technical validation and adoption, acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
