Notable is seeking a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive to lead enterprise sales cycles in the healthcare sector. You'll own a defined territory and drive customer expansion and upsell opportunities. This role requires experience in consultative sales within healthcare SaaS.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the healthcare sector, and possess the ability to navigate complex sales cycles. With at least 5 years of experience, you thrive in consultative roles where building relationships and understanding client needs are paramount. You are adept at prospecting new clients and have a strategic mindset that allows you to identify growth opportunities within existing accounts. Your communication skills are exceptional, enabling you to articulate value propositions clearly to diverse stakeholders.

You are motivated by the mission of improving healthcare and are passionate about leveraging technology to drive meaningful change. You understand the intricacies of healthcare systems and can effectively engage with decision-makers at various levels. Your experience in SaaS sales equips you with the knowledge to discuss technical solutions confidently and address any concerns that may arise during the sales process.

Desirable

Experience working with integrated delivery networks (IDNs) or large healthcare organizations is a plus. Familiarity with healthcare AI platforms or similar technologies will give you an edge in understanding the product's value. You are comfortable using CRM tools to manage your pipeline and track customer interactions, ensuring that you stay organized and proactive in your approach.

What you'll do

As a Senior Strategic Partnerships Sales Executive at Notable, you will own the entire commercial lifecycle for enterprise healthcare customers across a defined Northeast territory. Your responsibilities will include prospecting new logos, leading complex enterprise sales cycles, and maintaining long-term relationships with your accounts. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and expansion.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to align on strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth. Your role will involve conducting market research to identify potential clients and developing tailored sales pitches that resonate with their specific challenges and goals.

You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering presentations to key stakeholders, showcasing how Notable's solutions can transform their operations and improve patient care. Your ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner will be crucial in securing buy-in from decision-makers.

In addition to closing deals, you will play a vital role in shaping the sales strategy for your territory, providing feedback to leadership on market trends and customer needs. You will be expected to meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
