Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are passionate about helping teams enhance their productivity and collaboration through innovative tools. You have a knack for building strong relationships with clients and are skilled at identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts. Your ability to iterate on sales processes and provide valuable customer feedback will be instrumental in shaping Notion's roadmap.
You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are committed to working from the office on designated Anchor Days. You are adaptable and open to feedback, always looking for ways to improve your approach to sales and customer engagement. Your creativity shines through in your strategies for contract renewals and customer retention, ensuring that clients continue to see value in Notion's offerings.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain strong relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and mitigating churn. Your role will involve holding face-to-face and Zoom meetings to engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. You will also be responsible for iterating on the contract renewal process, ensuring that customers remain satisfied and engaged with Notion's tools.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback and insights, helping to refine Notion's sales motions and product offerings. Your contributions will directly impact Notion's growth and success in the Mid-Market segment, making you a key player in the company's mission to provide seamless productivity solutions.
