Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Notion's tools. Your ability to educate potential accounts on enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are creative in iterating on processes to retain and grow these accounts.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to hold effective face-to-face and virtual meetings with clients. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the ability to define and iterate on sales motions, providing valuable customer feedback to influence product roadmaps. You are comfortable working in a collaborative environment and appreciate the in-person culture that Notion fosters.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and mitigating churn. Your creativity will be essential as you iterate on the contract renewal process to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. You will hold both face-to-face and Zoom meetings, engaging with clients to understand their needs and how Notion can best serve them. Your contributions will directly impact Notion's growth and success in the Nordics region.
