Job Description

Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with a strong entrepreneurial spirit β€” you thrive in building relationships and expanding customer bases. Your experience in sales has equipped you with the skills to educate potential clients on enhancing their team's collaboration and productivity. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are adept at identifying opportunities for growth. You are creative in your approach to contract renewals and have a knack for mitigating churn while expanding usage. Your ability to hold engaging meetings, both face-to-face and virtually, allows you to connect with clients effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new accounts β€” your efforts will directly contribute to building the sales pipeline and generating revenue for Notion. You will actively maintain relationships with existing customers, ensuring they are satisfied and identifying opportunities for further engagement. Your creativity will shine as you iterate on the contract renewal process, aiming to retain and grow customer accounts while minimizing churn. You will hold meetings with clients to discuss their needs and how Notion can help them achieve their goals, both in-person and via Zoom. Your feedback will be crucial in shaping Notion's sales motions and overall strategy.
