Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales, ideally with experience in the tech or security sectors. You are customer-focused and understand the importance of building relationships with clients. Your ability to communicate complex concepts clearly makes you effective in engaging with executive-level stakeholders. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to contribute to a growing team in EMEA.
Desirable
Experience in the cybersecurity or compliance space is a plus, but not mandatory. Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and willing to learn about the security landscape to better serve your clients.
What you'll do
As a Senior Account Executive at Vanta, you will own your sales pipeline from the ground up. This involves identifying, researching, and prioritizing high-potential accounts and verticals. You will run a world-class sales process, qualifying leads deeply and forecasting accurately to drive predictable outcomes. Your role will also include converting interest into long-term value by educating prospects on the business impact of Vanta's solutions and delivering compelling demos tailored to each customer's goals.
You will engage confidently with founders, CEOs, and technical leaders, translating complex compliance and security concepts into clear business value. Your contributions will be critical as Vanta establishes its presence in the Nordics market, helping to distinguish the company as a best-in-class provider in a competitive landscape.
