Who you are

You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Notion's tools. Your ability to educate potential accounts about enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success. You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are skilled at iterating on processes to mitigate churn. You are comfortable holding face-to-face and virtual meetings, ensuring that you connect with clients effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be instrumental in prospecting and developing new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and ensuring customer satisfaction. Your creativity will shine as you iterate on the contract renewal process, aiming to retain and grow customers while minimizing churn. You will hold both face-to-face and Zoom meetings, engaging with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
