You possess strong communication skills and are adept at managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals. Your ability to prepare and deliver compelling presentations will be key in educating prospective clients about how Notion can enhance their team's productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the entire sales cycle for strategic and enterprise accounts, ensuring that you meet and exceed sales targets. You will develop and execute strategic account plans that not only aim to achieve sales targets but also expand Notion's customer base. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions to understand client needs, preparing tailored solutions, and delivering engaging presentations to prospective clients.

You will be instrumental in defining Notion's sales motion and will have the opportunity to shape the future of the product through your insights and feedback from clients. Your role will also involve negotiating and closing deals, as well as renewing contracts with existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align on product offerings and client needs, contributing to a collaborative and innovative work environment.
