Who you are
You are a motivated Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit, eager to join Notion's GTM Sales Team. You thrive in building relationships and have a knack for identifying opportunities to expand customer usage of Notion's tools. Your ability to educate potential clients about enhancing collaboration and productivity is key to your success.
You understand the importance of maintaining strong relationships with existing customers and are skilled at iterating on processes to retain and grow accounts. Your creativity shines through as you develop innovative strategies for contract renewals, ensuring customer satisfaction and minimizing churn.
What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect and develop new potential accounts, educating contacts on how Notion can enhance their team's collaboration and productivity. You will actively maintain relationships with Notion's existing customer base, identifying opportunities for expanding usage and ensuring their needs are met.
You will hold face-to-face and Zoom meetings to engage with clients, providing them with insights and support as they navigate their use of Notion's tools. Your feedback will be instrumental in shaping Notion's sales motions and product roadmap, ensuring that customer voices are heard and integrated into future developments.
