What you'll do
In this role, you will drive adoption, retention, and expansion of Notion's product among enterprise customers. You will serve as a trusted advisor, hosting training sessions and onboarding workshops to educate customers on best practices and new use cases. Your insights from customer interactions will be invaluable in shaping product development and enhancing customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the product team to relay customer feedback and help define the future direction of Notion's offerings. As an early member of the Enterprise team, you will play a key role in establishing processes and strategies that will set the foundation for Customer Success at Notion. You will also collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from acquisition to retention.
