You understand the importance of aligning support strategies with business goals and have a proven track record of scaling support teams effectively. Your leadership style fosters collaboration and empowers team members to excel in their roles. You are adept at analyzing customer feedback and using it to drive improvements in service delivery. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the customer experience.

What you'll do

As the Head of Support for the AMER region, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the support strategy that meets the unique needs of our customers. You will lead a team of technical and general support agents, ensuring they are equipped to provide exceptional service. You will collaborate with global teams to maintain a cohesive support approach while adapting to regional requirements. Your role will involve setting the vision for customer experience in AMER, driving initiatives that elevate both agent and customer satisfaction. You will also work closely with sales leadership and regional GMs to align support efforts with business objectives.

What we offer

Notion offers a competitive salary range of $220,000-260,000 per year for this role, along with a collaborative work environment that emphasizes in-person teamwork.
