Who you are
You have a strong background in customer support, ideally with experience in technical environments. You understand the challenges that users face when working with complex software and are adept at troubleshooting issues to provide effective solutions. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment and can adapt to the needs of the team and clients.
Desirable
Experience with software development or familiarity with coding concepts is a plus. You may have worked in roles that required you to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, giving you a well-rounded perspective on user needs.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients using Retool's enterprise AppGen platform. You will assist users in navigating the platform, helping them to build custom software solutions that meet their business needs. Your responsibilities will include troubleshooting issues, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring that users are getting the most out of the platform. You will collaborate with the engineering team to relay user feedback and contribute to product improvements. Additionally, you will document common issues and solutions to enhance the support knowledge base.
