You have a strong background in solutions engineering, particularly within the enterprise segment, and are adept at driving complex evaluations and designing scalable architectures. Your experience includes working closely with executive stakeholders to guide them through the journey from pilot to global rollout, ensuring that their needs are met at every stage.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy partnering with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored demos and proofs of concept. Your ability to understand customer goals, risks, and success criteria allows you to provide valuable insights and recommendations that align with enterprise standards.

You are comfortable advising on security, governance, and integrations, and you have a knack for shaping internal tooling, content, and processes to enhance customer experiences. Your passion for technology and customer success drives you to stay close to customers and understand their evolving needs.

Desirable

Experience with AI tools and automation in enterprise solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with various integrations that can enhance the Notion platform for large organizations. You are also encouraged to bring any unique perspectives or experiences that could contribute to the team’s success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Account Executives on strategic opportunities within the Enterprise segment, working to understand customer goals and success criteria. You will lead deep discovery sessions to uncover customer needs and tailor your approach accordingly. Your responsibilities will include delivering engaging demos and proofs of concept that showcase the capabilities of Notion’s platform.

You will also advise customers on best practices for security and governance, ensuring that their implementations meet enterprise standards. As you work closely with cross-functional teams, you will help shape internal processes and tooling to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Your role will require you to stay informed about industry trends and customer feedback, allowing you to continuously refine your approach and contribute to the evolution of Notion’s sales motion from product-led to sales-led. You will play a key role in helping customers transition from self-serve to fully integrated solutions, ensuring a smooth and successful rollout.
