You understand the importance of in-person collaboration and are excited to contribute to Notion's culture by working from the office on designated Anchor Days. You are adaptable and ready to jump into projects that prioritize business impact, making you a valuable asset to the People Leadership team.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the People Leadership team on high-impact initiatives such as Employer Brand, Internal Mobility, and Global Onboarding. Your responsibilities will include charting the path for various projects, ensuring they align with business priorities, and executing them effectively. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the People Experience at Notion, helping to create magical moments that matter for employees.
You will collaborate with different teams across the organization, ensuring that the People team runs smoothly and efficiently. Your steady hand and sharp execution will free up the wider team to focus on enabling employees to do their best work. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of Notion's employer brand and internal mobility strategies, making a lasting impact on the organization.
What we offer
Notion offers a competitive salary range for this role, estimated at $85,000 - $120,000 per year. You will be part of a dynamic team that values collaboration and innovation, working in a supportive environment that encourages growth and development.
