You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, particularly in developing strategies for early career talent. Your experience includes working closely with business leaders to understand emerging skillsets and long-term talent needs. You are adept at guiding workforce planning conversations and aligning talent strategies with business objectives. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about building a diverse and capable workforce. You possess strong leadership skills, enabling you to lead a high-performing team focused on North America while influencing peers globally. You understand the importance of cultural identity in shaping a successful talent acquisition strategy.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the primary liaison between Talent Acquisition and Tech business leaders, driving the early talent hiring strategy. You will influence and inform early career talent initiatives on a global scale, ensuring that the pipeline is aligned with the needs of the business. Your responsibilities will include headcount forecasting, organizational shaping, and pipeline development. You will collaborate with Tech leadership to identify critical capabilities and ensure that the early talent pipeline is fueling innovation and long-term capability building. You will also have the opportunity to influence and collaborate with peers in other mega-regions, including EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. This is not just a recruiting role; itβs a strategic leadership position that directly impacts how Uber moves the world tomorrow.
