Who you are
You have extensive experience in sales recruiting, ideally with a focus on building high-performing teams across various GTM functions. Your background includes a proven track record of scaling organizations and attracting top talent in Solutions Engineering, Account Executives, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, and Professional Services. You understand the nuances of recruiting in different regions, including the Americas, EMEA, and APAC, and can adapt strategies accordingly.
You possess strong leadership skills and are adept at partnering with sales leadership to identify and hire the best candidates. Your strategic mindset allows you to develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies that align with business goals. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and thrive on the challenge of building world-class teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the end-to-end recruiting strategy for Notion's sales teams globally. You will collaborate closely with sales leadership to identify talent needs and develop targeted recruiting initiatives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions. You will also be responsible for building a strong employer brand that attracts top talent to Notion.
You will analyze recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of your strategies and make data-driven decisions to improve the hiring process. Additionally, you will mentor and guide your recruiting team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of Notion's sales organization, ensuring that we have the right people in place to drive our growth.
What we offer
Notion offers a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $300,000 per year for this role, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
