What you'll do

As the Mid-Market Sales Manager at Notion, you will lead the AMER sales team, focusing on acquiring new clients and expanding our user base. You will develop and implement sales strategies that align with our growth objectives, ensuring that the team meets its targets for new annual recurring revenue (ARR). Your role will involve managing a mixture of inbound leads and greenfield opportunities, driving the sales process from initial contact to closing deals.

You will collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to ensure that our offerings meet the needs of our customers. By analyzing market trends and customer feedback, you will help refine our sales approach and product positioning. You will also be responsible for mentoring and developing your team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will be expected to report on sales metrics and provide insights to the leadership team, helping to shape the overall sales strategy. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders will be key to your success.
