What you'll do
As the Enablement Business Partner for Japan, you will partner with sales leadership to drive measurable results through tailored enablement programs. You will take an active role in the development and delivery of onboarding processes, continuous learning initiatives, and annual sales kickoffs. Your responsibilities will include assessing the enablement needs of the sales teams and creating impactful training materials that resonate with the local market. You will also facilitate workshops and training sessions, ensuring that all sales personnel are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.
