What you'll do
In this role, you will be central to the execution of a modern growth engine at Okta. You will work closely with the Director of Strategic Growth and ABX to translate strategic direction into clear, testable hypotheses that can be executed by the marketing and sales teams. Your focus will be on developing and implementing experiments that drive pipeline generation and improve overall marketing effectiveness.
You will collaborate with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Demand Generation teams to ensure that the insights you generate are actionable and impactful. Your role will involve analyzing data, identifying trends, and making recommendations that will help shape the future of Okta's growth strategy. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of various initiatives and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize results.
