Your experience includes working with trading communities and key opinion leaders, and you understand the dynamics of the crypto market. You are proactive and dedicated, with a proven track record of onboarding and retaining affiliates to drive trading volume. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and can effectively communicate with stakeholders across different regions.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maximizing trading volume on OKX's Futures and Spot Order books by onboarding and retaining affiliates. You will work closely with trading communities and key opinion leaders to expand the user base and grow awareness of the OKX brand. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to engage affiliates, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful partnerships. You will also play a key role in identifying new opportunities for growth within the Central European market.
