Who you are

You have experience in customer service, ideally in a fast-paced environment where you have interacted with diverse customers. Your strong communication skills allow you to address inquiries and problems effectively, ensuring a positive experience for every customer you engage with. You are fluent in Urdu and can communicate clearly in English, which helps you assist a wide range of clients. You understand the importance of maintaining a strong knowledge of company products to provide accurate information and support.

What you'll do

In this role, you will interact with customers to address their inquiries and problems in real-time, providing quick responses through live chat and professional, courteous customer service. You will also follow up on help requests via email, ensuring that all customer concerns are resolved efficiently. Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, such as product managers and the marketing team, will be essential to address complaints and feedback related to the company's products and services. You will maintain a strong understanding of the company's offerings to effectively communicate with customers and provide them with the best possible support.
